REFUND POLICY

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after placing your order to request a return. Unless a pre-order. All pre orders need to be returned with in a 30 day period after the order is placed. When completing A return you will receive store credit for the amount that you paid for the product that you will be returning. If you are wanting to cancel or make changes to your order this must be done with in 24hrs of placing your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at tiredmamahelp@gmail.com If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return. All returns will need to be shipped to the address below.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

In the case that your package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim on UPS/USPS website. Once, you have filed a claim and received a claim number you will need to reach out to bourboncustomerservice@gmail.com and provide claim number. Once the claim number is provided, we will send out replacement item for what was lost/stolen. If the item is not in stock, you will have to option to receive store credit immediately or wait 2-4 weeks for refund to process. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
ALL JEWELRY, SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES items cannot be returned.  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, which the store credit you have for the returned item can then be applied.
